Ignite 2024
Join us the weekend of February 16-18, as hundreds of students from college campuses across Florida gather in Starke, Florida for our annual Florida Navigators spring conference – Ignite. This conference will challenge and deepen both your understanding of the gospel and how to live a life marked by the good news of Christ. Through worship, a speaker with a deep understanding of Scripture, and two workshops taught by Navigator staff, you will learn more about how to center your life on Christ.

Ignite 2024 Keynote Speaker / Natasha Padilla
Natasha Padilla and her husband, Victor, have three beautiful children, Angel (Libby), Josafina (Seth) and Korban. They have four precious grandchildren; Zedekiah, Asher, Anna, and Addi. Natasha has been on staff with The Navigators for 19 years. She loved serving on the Navs Military Women’s Leadership team for 6 years and as the Women’s Military Director for 4 years. She currently enjoys serving as the D4L Southeast Division Director. Her passion is to help men and women come into a loving relationship with the Lord, develop the gifts and talents that God has given them through the process of discipleship, and to focus them on glorifying God.

KEITH & MAGGIE MESSER
Keith currently serves as the Campus Director at the University of North Florida and Maggie as a High School Math teach (power couple!)
This summer they will move to Austria to serve with The Navigators in the city of Linz.
“We have decided to move to Europe,” Keith says, “because they have everything, but they’re missing the most important thing: Jesus. Austria is 67% culturally Christian, but only .5% practicing.”
